Humble Yourself

Not every trial is a trial of your faith, but those that are have spiritual roots and therefore a spiritual solution. 1 Peter 5:5–11 tells us seven spiritual-world things to do in a trial of your faith in order to come out strong, confirmed, restored, and established.

Taking Care of God’s Flock

How to be a good shepherd, recognize a good shepherd, and help your local shepherds.

Our world understands the importance of leaders to the success of an organization and its members. In the same way, the church needs its leaders to be all that God intends if the church and its members are to be strong. First Peter 5:1–5 teaches church leaders what God requires of them and of the church members so that everyone in the church will receive the reward of God’s glory when the Lord returns.

Growing Strong Through Persecution
